Sarah Flashing is a writer and speaker with a passion for helping women think biblically about all areas of life. Because women’s lives are so drastically changing according to the shifts in culture, the ministry landscape has changed as well. Therefore, the shaping of a Christian worldview in the lives of women is the primary task of The Center for Women of Faith in Culture.
In ministry for over 10 years, Sarah equips women on a range of topics in the areas of apologetics and theology, bioethics, and women’s ministry leadership. She is an avid blogger and her pieces can be read online at The Center for Women of Faith in Culture, First Things, Christianity Today, and The Point.
With sought-after expertise, Sarah has been a guest on numerous radio programs including the John and Kathy Show (Pittsburg) and Prime Time America (Moody Broadcasting Network). She has served as a co-chair of the Church-Bioethics Network at The Center for Bioethics and Human Dignity and has testified before the Illinois State Legislature on embryonic stem cell research and human egg donation. Sarah is also an adjunct instructor of ethics at McHenry County College and is available to speak across the country. A member at The Orchard Church in McHenry, IL, Sarah resides in Harvard, IL with her husband George, three teenage boys and three cats.
